Prenatal Yoga sessions
Pre-natal yoga is a type of yoga designed for pregnant women. It focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant women’s bodies. Pre- natal yoga helps you to lower your blood pressure, reduces the risk of pre- term labour, and other complications, stabilize your moods, manage your weight, and improves your delivery experience.
- 7AM, 8AM, 11.30AM, 6PM batches (Monday_Wednesday_Friday)
Post Natal Yoga Sessions
Yoga in post-natal period is all about honouring your post-baby body and calming your mind. Giving birth and sustaining life is quite a journey. Post-natal yoga helps to strengthen your body, guard against postpartum depression, helps to increase milk production, and helps to strengthen pelvic floor.
- Monday to Friday 11am (From November 1st to December 10th)
