“For over four decades, I have been fortunate enough to be able to win the trust and support of the people of Kottayam. This relationship has persisted and inspired me to work further in my field as an obstetrician and gynaecologist. As an appreciation of support and goodwill, I am happy to claim that I will further my healthcare vision by establishing Mitera, which is a place of care for mothers and children that is second to none.
The name Mitera, which is Greek for a mother, carries in it the concepts of love, care, and protection which are the basis of our existence. At Mitera, we promise to ensure that every patient is treated with respect, kindness, and encouragement during every step of their healthcare journey.
I personally commit three things to every person who reaches out to us for assistance: providing care at the highest level possible, providing care with warmth, and providing care that takes into consideration the individual characteristics of each person.
Mitera symbolizes a new paradigm of healthcare as it integrates the best of medical interventions with the unconditional love of a mother creating a fertile haven for healing, trust and well-being for all who come to us for assistance.”
